Festival of Bands
The 38th annual Festival of Bands will take place Saturday, October 4, 2025 in Sioux Falls, SD. Hosted by five local high school bands, the festival will feature bands from South Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, and Nebraska.

Parade Downtown Sioux Falls
Northbound on Phillips Avenue
The Parade judging platform will be located at the corner of 7th Street and Phillips Avenue.
Parking will be available for FREE in any of the public parking ramps downtown. On side streets, metered parking is PAID parking.
**No Spectators allowed south of 12th St. on Phillips Avenue
**No spectators allowed at 6th St. and Phillips Avenue

Admission to the Field competitions is by wristband only.
On the day of the Festival, wristbands can be purchased with cash from volunteers at the Parade and with cash or card at Howard Wood Field.
Admission fees are $20 for adults, $10 for students, and children age 5 and under are free.
